Objectives:

The College Development Committee (CDC) is dedicated to fostering comprehensive institutional growth, aligning with NAAC guidelines. Its key objectives include:

• Strategic Planning: Develop a detailed, annual development plan encompassing all key areas of the college: administration, academics, training and placement, infrastructure enhancement, and student admission strategies. This plan will be aligned with the institution's vision and mission.
• Resource Mobilization: Identify and secure necessary resources (financial, human, and infrastructural) to effectively implement the development plan. This involves exploring funding opportunities, collaborations, and partnerships.
• Quality Enhancement: Promote and implement quality enhancement initiatives in all aspects of college operations, focusing on academic excellence, research and innovation, and student support services. This includes continuous improvement based on feedback and best practices.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish a robust system for monitoring the progress of the development plan and evaluating its impact on the overall institutional growth. Regular assessments and reports will be generated to track achievements and identify areas for improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster active participation and collaboration among all stakeholders (faculty, students, staff, alumni, and community members) in the development process. This ensures that the plan reflects the diverse needs and aspirations of the college community.
